		<description>One note -- when doing your squats, it looks like your weight is too far forward.

The majority of your weight should be in your heels, not the balls of your feet. In your last picture your heels aren&#039;t actually touching the ground. I did the same thing until my instructor hit me on the back of the head enough times.</description>
